Order Processing



  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.




Fulfillment & Shipping Times



Because our products are made to order through our trusted production partner Printify, shipping times may vary depending on the item and your location:


  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 10–15 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days



Please note: These are estimated timeframes and may be affected by production delays, customs processing, or carrier issues beyond our control.



Shipping Rates



  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item(s) ordered and your delivery location.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on our website.




Multiple Shipments



If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages at different times, as items can be produced and shipped from different Printify facilities.



Address Accuracy



Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.



Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)



Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.



Delays



While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen events such as postal delays, customs inspections, or supply chain issues may impact shipping times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.



Lost or Damaged Packages



  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at paulemontaldesigns@gmail.com.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please send us photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
